Die-Pat hosts 2 day coffee morning extravaganza in aid of Macmillan

coffee morning extravaganzaDie-Pat held its annual Biggest Coffee Morning in the World on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th September. Over the two days we sampled many homemade cakes and biscuits including Victoria sponge, coffee and walnut, salted caramel cake, rocky road, apple pies, shortbread, and even sausage rolls.

Our two star bakers were Helen Brady in Sales for her amazing rocky road tray bake and Justine Wright in Purchasing for her mini apple pies, shortbread and sausage rolls.

This year we raised £122 which Die-Pat made up to £250. Lucy Gleghorn, Marketing Manager said ‘It is such a good initiative by a great charity which we support every year. It is made easier by the fact that everyone loves cake, apart from Carol in Accounts. We are already looking forward to next year’.
